Tracking & Attribution

Know which campaign produced which sale. Most businesses cannot.

Who it is for

Anyone spending on ads whose reporting stops at the form, the click or the "lead".

The problem it solves

  • The ad platform reports conversions the CRM has never heard of.
  • iOS, ad blockers and cookie limits have quietly eaten a share of your data.
  • Leads arrive with no source attached, so nobody knows what to spend more on.
  • Offline conversions — a phone booking, a walk-in, a WhatsApp deal — never make it back to the campaign.
The loop, closedMost setups stop at step two and call it attribution.
Step 1 Click Campaign, creative, cost
Step 2 Enquiry Where most reporting ends
Step 3 CRM stage Qualified, quoted, negotiating
Step 4 Revenue, back to the ad CAPI sends the real value home

What you get

  • Meta Pixel + Conversions API, server-side, deduplicated
  • GA4 and Google Tag Manager configured against a written event schema
  • CRM connected so a closed deal reconciles back to the campaign that produced it
  • Offline and WhatsApp conversions fed back into the ad platforms
  • A Looker Studio view that a non-marketer can read
  • A written QA pass proving each event fires once, and only once

How it runs

01

Map what should be measured

Before touching a tag: which actions actually matter commercially, and what each is worth. Most tracking setups measure what is easy, not what pays.

02

Build the event schema on paper

Named events, parameters and values agreed in writing. This is the step everyone skips and the reason most GA4 accounts are unreadable.

03

Implement server-side

Conversions API alongside the pixel, deduplicated — so the data survives iOS, ad blockers and cookie expiry.

04

Close the loop to the CRM

The number in the dashboard has to reconcile against the number in the bank. Until it does, the work is not finished.

05

Prove it with a QA pass

Every event tested and documented. You get the evidence, not an assurance.

What it is not

  • Rebuilding your CRM
  • Recovering historical data from before the setup — that is gone
  • Making a bad offer convert; measurement tells you the truth, it does not change it

Not sure which one you need?

Describe the situation. I will tell you which of these it actually is — or that it is none of them — before any engagement and at no charge.
