Ran the full digital function remotely
Acquisition, content and reporting owned end to end as the remote marketing lead for a London business, not a supporting role executed from a distance.
Rewrote the register for a UK audience
Messaging and channel mix adapted to British B2B norms, which reward understatement and evidence over the assertive tone that works in the Gulf.
Made every decision written
Decisions, rationale and next steps documented as standard, because a distributed engagement fails on ambiguity long before it fails on strategy.
Fixed a reporting rhythm
A scheduled cadence rather than ad-hoc updates, so the client never had to ask where things stood, the single practice that made three remote years work.
