The wellness arm — a softer sell against a harder market.
The preventive and wellness vertical of the Spectra group: functional medicine programmes, IV therapy, bioresonance assessment and metabolic analysis, sold to adults buying for themselves rather than parents buying for a child.
The brief
Wellness is the most crowded category in Dubai. The problem was not awareness, it was differentiation against a hundred clinics offering the same drip.
The situation
- Wellness is the most crowded category in Dubai. The problem was never awareness — it was having anything defensible to say.
- A hundred clinics offer the same IV drip at the same price, and every one of them claims to care more.
- Wellness campaigns were competing against the clinical ones in the same ad auction, so the group was bidding against itself.
- A single services page was being asked to sell four very different programmes to four different buyers.
What I did
Anchored the offer to owned equipment
Repositioned around the diagnostics the group actually owns — OligoScan, Breezing Pro, bioresonance. "We measure first" is defensible; "we care more" is not.
Stopped the internal auction conflict
Wellness and clinical campaigns were separated at the audience and keyword level so the two sides of the group stopped inflating each other's costs.
Split services into programme pages
Each programme got its own landing page so it could be priced, tested and optimised independently instead of averaging into one generic services page.
Targeted the self-buyer
Wellness is bought by an adult for themselves — a different message, tone and proof set from a parent buying therapy for a child.
What moved
The preventive vertical of the Spectra group, run alongside the clinical mandate.
